The Fendley House was established in 1950 by Alton and Marie Fendley. Mr. Fendley was a well-respected farmer in this area, and raised his family here. Presently, their son Al Fendley continues his family's farming tradition and keeps growing those lush peanut fields that the deer and turkey just love.

Five years ago, the Fendley House was sold to Mr. Jim Bennett. Mr. Bennett has restored this beautiful South Georgia home and turned it into the premier hunting plantation that it is today.
